Please note that due to the exclusive and custom-made nature of our rugs, which are crafted as unique 1/1 pieces with no duplicates, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

- No Refunds/Exchanges: Once production begins on your custom order, we cannot accept any changes, edits, refunds, or exchanges. This policy is in place due to the bespoke nature of our products.

- Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required to begin production of your custom rug. Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable.

- Order Confirmation: We encourage you to thoroughly review and confirm all details of your order before it is finalized, as no adjustments can be made once production has started.
