After submitting the waiting list form, we'll reach out within 5-10 business days to discuss and confirm all the intricate details of your rug's creation.
Step 3: Production Queue
Upon agreeing on the specifics and receiving a 50% deposit, you'll be given an order number. This number allows you to stay constantly updated on the status of your order through our order status page, and marks the addition of your order to our production queue. The creation process, ranging from 6-12 weeks, is a meticulous one, ensuring each rug meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
Step 4: Packaged
Once your rug is expertly crafted and all details are finalized, it's carefully packaged and ready for delivery.
Final Step: Shipped to your doorstep!
After the final payment is received, your custom rug will be shipped directly to your doorstep within 2 business days, using one of our trusted shipping partners. From initial concept to final delivery, we're committed to providing an exceptional and personalized experience, crafting a rug that truly reflects your vision and style.
